Okay, now here’s the biggest shocker you might have ever experienced on the Internet and definitely from anybody that makes a living selling. Ready…. 

THIS IS NOT A SALESLETTER! It’s true, I ain’t sellin’ nuthin’ 

I will entertain proposals (Business only please, I’m ecstatically married), but my guess is my hourly rates ($995/hr.) will scare most of you and I have very little patience for wannabe entrepreneurs that want 12 free reports, 4 months worth of free email newsletters, and then dip their toe into the “Impatient Entrepreneur Systems” by buying one of my products for less than $1,000 and then still won’t do what I just taught them. 

Those kinds of “info-junkies” are what drive me nuts. Hey, I can say that safely because I was one, sorta. You see I invested over $195,000 on myself to learn from the best of the best in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Influential Psychology, Internet Marketing, Copywriting, Investing, and Real Estate.

All of which led me to paralysis by analysis.

I had too much info and no idea how to start any one project because I continually had 100’s of “great ideas” every week, but no action was ever taken. So I went to more seminars, hired more mentors, and read more books…This went on for 10 years with me using a little of my wisdom and knowledge to make a better-than-average living working mostly part time. 

Eventually I ventured forward with all the coaching and training I received and started helping business owners grow their companies.  Still slightly lacking in confidence, I offered to work pretty much for free. I figured I’d get my foot in the door and when everyone sees the results I was getting they’d love to compensate me generously for the breakthroughs I provided for them.

Since I don’t want to distract you with the full story, which you can read about in the books I have being published soon, I’ll just tell you the following. I ended up working for way too many dishonest and unscrupulous jerks, launched million dollar businesses, and then proceed to let them rip me and my family off for my “percentage earned based on performance”. 

Bitter? A tad!

Really I’m just getting too old and wise to do it all for future profits that I know I’ll create. If I teach you how to create the blueprints, read the blueprints, then negotiate for you with vendors, write the sales scripts, letters, advertisements, and emails, then I still have to actually sell your service or product for you, why do I need you?

Worse yet, I do all this for you and you take it all and run, then I’m a fool to keep doing it! 

Look, if you knew me and my full story from March 2005 and before, you know my heart is too big and my belief in my Systems are so strong that I figured I could take on several clients/year for virtually nothing upfront and a large “future” payment. I did and I was a hurt financially for doing so. That being said no more of that business model for me.

Anyhow, I discovered something that in hindsight is obvious but of great importance to you as you read this.  

What did I discover that may benefit you so much?  This is the HARSH REALITY You’re not goin’ to like hearing, but could also be the wake up call you need  to Turn Your Business into the Ultimate Lifestyle You’ve really wanted all this time! 

Well, the clients who committed to themselves upfront financially, and with ongoing coaching, easily perform at a level so much higher than all the others combined that the rip-off artists and short-term thinkers are being left in the dust with static thinking and dormant “slow-death” marketing (especially on the Internet). Times have changed, and the clients I launched years ago are now back to their old habits of doing what worked once, but they NEVER LEARNED HOW I did it. So month after month they repeat the same static process and have to work twice as hard to get the same results they used to get 3-4 years ago. Guess what?

Their businesses own them again not the other way around like it should be.

Their profits are being eaten up by ever-increasing overhead expenses, and the confusing nature of the High-Tech marketing possibilities that exist are so overwhelming that 99.99% of them don’t even know which questions to ask to see what makes sense for their futures. Now let’s get to you. I said above to STUDY this letter. I’ll be blunt and clear as possible. I’m going to hallucinate about your situation based on not just my experiences, but the experiences of thousands of other business consultant’s clients.  

Let the learning begin:  

#1) How do you educate Yourself: Many of you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on useless sales pitch filled seminars. Now Personally I love seminars, both giving them and going to them. However, many of them are just sales presentations that give you no real information to utilize. Your problem is you think free seminars are going to give you what they claim on the infomercials and the paid seminars from the gurus are spotty at best.

How do you discern between The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly? Learn to read between the lines of the presentation.Next, but still in the seminar arena, why are so many of you paying for such events and then hanging out in the hallway, NOT Taking Notes, just daydreaming, and NOT Networking at these events?

I’ve gone to sales pitches and took notes and gained thousands of dollars worth of information. It can be done, just make it work and quit being so LAZY! Learn how to attend, get educated, take notes like a court reporter, and network like a professional should. To wrap this up, seminars are only as good as you make them, and they aren’t the secret to your success. They are just an introductory step. For those of you who do take great notes: get them out of the closet you throw the notes into at the end of these seminars, then study and utilize the information. 

#2) From Billboards to Business Cards: You spend excessive amounts of money on print advertising that doesn’t work. Ready for another slap in the face…Nobody cares about you or the name of your company. Yet ad after ad I see that as the headline. Then there are no benefits, only features listed just like the other 10,000 ads in my sight every day.

Next there is no call to action. Hey, spend the money and either hire a TRUE copywriter (NOT A Freakin’ Ad Agency) or learn to do it yourself. Just 3 hours in a good copywriting course and you’ll outperform 95% of every ad out there for every industry. Look through the Yellow Pages and tell me who stands out, if anybody, and why.   

#3) The Mystery of the Internet and the Fastest Way to Solve It: I’ll just gently touch on some of the pathetic, cash-draining websites that some techno-geek with no marketing sense whatsoever sells you. They love their bells and whistles and sell you on the “Way cool things your site could do”, then you find out that your site is too confusing, doesn’t capture leads and doesn’t make sales. Oh yea, How are you gonna get people to look at your site in the first place? Welcome to the Scam Central, How do you know what questions to even ask these guys with their Internet marketing campaigns? They show you several website they got great results for, then they say they can do the same for you, but you don’t know how. Many of you say, “Here take my money and I hope it works”, then when it doesn’t you either try with another “net-scammer” or blame the whole industry and say this stuff doesn’t work. Here’s one example:

 A Real Estate Broker recently spent, she claims, $100,000 for a website and the marketing that was supposed to support it. The thieves impressed but confused her by talking over her head. They did get her some minor results that the broker got hooked on. Like a drug, she became addicted to one step in a 3+ step process (if most of you would just learn all 3+ steps and balance them out you’d increase your income dramatically) and continued to give away a car, a rent-free home, a computer, and cash to keep getting what she thought was good results. 

Long story short, she wasn’t my client, and I could never close her on a deal that included firing the con artists (I saw and proved they were going to hurt her, but legitimate proof doesn’t always outweigh the addictions of short-term thinking and carrot-dangling results.) and hiring professionals (not just me, but a team I would put together for her) that would take her one step back but quantum leaps ahead in 6 months. 

Well, six month have passed, the cons have destroyed this beautiful woman emotionally and mentally, not to mention financially. They took her money and ran, because they couldn’t keep hiding from the truth. Now, she calls me and asks for help, I can’t give it to her. Why? Well, that’s one of my secrets to YOUR success. I take on only one client per business per market.  Another real estate team, that “got it” right away, hired me for the long term. Their results will be into the millions of dollars of profits and their marketing expenses will end up being almost nothing even after paying me. They fit the very strict criteria I require in order to create, what will be for them, multiple seven figure incomes for anybody I work with and coach.

Okay, Okay, Okay…I just realized I’m starting to teach and actually ramble on too much, and like I said above, since I really have nothing to sell on this site. I’m stopping there. Study what I wrote above, Think about what I wrote, and Decide to TAKE some ACTION. Any Action in the right direction is better than just saying, “I’ll get to it later”.  

Don’t know what that ACTION is?  Here is the only sales pitch you get from me. If you fit one of the three scenarios above (and I’ve got ten more I could have thrown in there that would make you say, “yea, that is one of my problems”) and you can’t figure out how to safely improve and not waste valuable time and money improving, then hire me. That’s it sales pitch over. Re-read what I said about the real estate team that DID hire me, and if price still scares you hire me anyways.

I’ll list some of the Criteria I REQUIRE before taking on a Client, since that’s probably why someone recommended you to show up at this website. Notice, there is no free email registration on this site and for that matter no email address. If you have interest in pursuing a conversation with me and possibly working with me you must call.

 No hiding behind emails. You most likely will leave a voicemail, and someone will call you to schedule a free ten minute conversation with me to see if we can work together. 

Here are my criteria to work with you:

·        You Must Understand I can teach you in 3 hours more information than you can possibly ever handle in a year. Some of you can take that 3 hour session and run with it. Most of you will need more hours and probably a lot of hand holding to do it and do it right. That being said you most likely should and will consider a 10 hour package. Price: $7,000/10hrs.

·        You Must Recognize even after I teach you what needs done to achieve your goals you must spend more money with various, heavily-screened and tested vendors to complete the systems I help you establish. I make zero commission from these people. There is NO Ulterior motive. My only goal is to get you to double your income in 12 months or less. Use your own vendor (like website developers for real estate professionals) at your own risk.

·        You Must Comprehend I have an exceptionally protective attitude for my clients. I will go to war for you, but if you deliberately go against my recommendations and get hurt, I will charge you twice as much to even consider fixing what you screwed up.

·        You also Must Appreciate if a vendor fails you that I recommend, you will not blame me. People are people and sometimes businesses screw up. I do NOT control or work for my preferred vendors.

·         Regarding my time and yours: I absolutely respect you and your time, client or no client. I expect the same from you! If I ever am late to a meeting or Tele-Coaching session I will double the minutes late I am and make the time up to you. (If I’m 30 minutes late, I teach you for 60 minutes for no additional cost) In return, if you’re late, the time is lost, period.

·         Regarding Payments: You will know the pricing up front and will pay in full (except royalties of course). Sounds scary huh? Look, if you are working with me, it’s because you know I will deliver. Remember, I work by referrals or you have to sell me why I should work with you. No Refunds, No credit cards, No false expectations. If I think you’re a “Flake or a Goofball” I ain’t taking your money. I only take on those that will make it happen…whatever “IT” is.

·        Your Requirements: You will be required to provide me with three qualified referrals.  

Pay Attention: If you’re still reading this letter you can look at it two ways.

1.      I’m an idiot that will never get any clients with this kind of letter, I charge way too much, and I just can’t be that good. If that’s you I understand. I used to feel that way when I was broke too.

2.      Or Look at it this way. What if I am that good? I learned how to A.S.K. and Grow Rich. That is a Secret for my clients only. Our first ten minute meeting should be all it takes for you to “GET IT”, and if you don’t “Get It”, no problem. Simple huh?  

Either way that’s a brief intro into The Impatient Entrepreneur Coaching Systems. If I seem stand-offish, well, it’s because I’m very cautious now of your time and money and mine. 

I work with the driven few (that 1%) that have struggled but haven’t given up hope. I work with that 1% that aren’t afraid to commit and are focused on designing a lifestyle not just working for a paycheck or a vacation.
